Hello dear,
Yes you can give NDA exam, as tge eligibility of NDA exam is passing 12th from 10+2 pattern of education or equivalent education conducted by state education board or any University.
After clearing written exam you'll be called for physical exams.

Yes you are eligible for filling up the NDA form as it only requires you to pass the exam of class 12th and there is no score set up by the government for this.

There is a strict set of physical fitness criteria that you need to qualify to get eligible for the NDA Exam. You should have a look at it. They carry more weightage.
