The non dominant hand should not have more than 60% of disability. Upto 60% disability is eligible for PWD reservation. So with 50% disability in the non dominant hand, you are eligible for PWD reservation in NEET. PWD doesn't have a direct reservation. It is a reservation within your Category. You will need a PWD certificate from any local Government Hospital initially for claiming reservation. You will need this Certificate also to appear for the exam on the day of the exam. If you have a certificate already done by a Government Hospital, you can produce it on the day of the exam. But for participating in Counselling, you will need to visit a Disability Assessment Centre for the Certificate. For Counselling, only this Certificate is valid.
