If your are trying to say that you have lost your 10th class original mark sheet (if I am understanding your question correctly) then in this case you are supposed to go the CBSE office and apply for it again. You can also apply for it online for the duplicate mark sheet and go to the office with due documents. Every state has its own CBSE registered office.

You have to go to your school first to get all the details like your registration number and then go to the nearest cbse centre and fill the form. You have to pay some amount with it and then you will get a receipt/acknowledgement for the same.
