I am afraid to let you know that for your rank you can't get admission in the government colleges for Biotechnology course. If you want to get a seat in government college itself then you can take other group such as computer science and engineering, information technology, electronics and communication engineering, etc then you can get seat in IIIT Delhi, Bundelkhand University, Lucknow University, etc. If you want to get a seat in Biotechnology course in private sector you can get admission in NIET-NOIDA, MIET, R. R. group of Institutions, HCST, IILM, etc.
