Hello Mohit
If you belong to Uttar Pradesh then yes you can get good engineering colleges there because Some colleges like Rajkiya Engineering colleges give admission to candidates belonging to Home state.
But to get the top notch college through UPSEE you need a rank below 3k to get a good branch there.
