First of all your rank is good,with your category rank you can get colleges like bhagalpur engineering college,mit muzaffapur,etc ,i won't say 100% but you have a chance to grab these colleges and not all branch,2-3 branches you will get,so if you're not branch specific then you can get these colleges for sure.Hope this helps you.
