The Age eligibility criteria for IMA and OTA is as such:

IMA- 19 to 24 years (Unmarried and not born earlier than 2nd January, 1999 and later than 1st January,2004)

OTA- 19 to 25 years (Married or Unmarried and not born earlier than 2nd January 1998 and later than 1st January 2004)

Therefore, You are not eligible for both any of the above mentioned exams.

The date of birth criteria for upcoming Combined Defence Service Entrance Examination that is CDS 1 2022 for Indian Military Academy is that a candidate must not be born earlier than January 2, 1999 and not later than January 1, 2004 and for Officers Training Academy is that a candidate must not be born earlier than January 2, 1998 and not later than January 1, 2004. Considering this you are not eligible to apply for IMA or OTA through CDS Entrance Examination.
