Dear aspirant,

As you have secured 84 percentile with B.tech cse qualification let me tell you that the top iims would be difficult for you to secure because the cut offs are way higher.

However, you can get keep other colleges as a back like symbiosis through snap, colleges through NMAT and try to keep your score a bit higher.
