As specifically you haven't mentioned any exam so Iam mentioning the cut of TNEA ..

As per  TNEA rank one college I can suggest is , PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.

Though their rank is bit high but for Production Engineering the opening rank 152.75, & closing rank is  197.75.

Also for Textile technology in this university opening rank is 163.75 and closingg rank 196.75.
