I am sorry to say but it will be difficult for your daughter to get a good government college but maybe you can get lower level NIT's or IIIT's. You can even try for some good private colleges if you want like BIT. Please make your daughter enroll into the JOSAA counselling which will begin in the starting of June. The official dates have not been released yet.
