See if you don't have correct DOB on AADAHR Card issued by UIDAI then don't worry and as you have mentioned that you have applied for the change in DoB and you have slip for the same as well, so you have to carry your AADHAR card along with that slip, in fact your the main purpose of asking for such ID proof is to verify your Photograph and ID No. as you have mentioned in the JEE-Main 2021 Application form but in some exceptional cases they check DoB as well so if you have receipt as a proof then you can take it along with your AADHAR card. It will be considered.

JEE-Main 2021 February attempt will be conducted from February 23rd-26th and NTA has issued the guidelines for Exam day for the candidates and those all guidelines are described below :-

The candidate should carry the following things :-

Admit Card

One original valid photo identity proof issued by the government (PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar card with photograph, E-Aadhar, Ration Card, Aadhaar enrollment number with photo).

One passport size photograph (same as uploaded with the online application form of JEE Main 2021). This photograph will be required to paste it on the attendance sheet at the centre.

Duly filled in self declaration form (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA Website.

A transparent Ball Point Pen.

Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml).

Personal transparent water bottle.

Mask and gloves

Sugar tablets/ whole fruits for candidates who are diabetic

For drawing test (B.Arch paper part 3) - candidates have to bring their own geometry box, pencils, erasers, colour pencils/ crayons.

If you are diabetic then authorities have allowed carrying eatables like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/ orange) and transparent water bottle. However, you are not allowed to carry packed foods like chocolate/candy/sandwich into the examination hall.

Items which are prohibited at exam centre are also enlisted below :-

Electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, slide rules, log tables, printed or written material, bits of papers, pager, or any other device.
