GATE officially haven't released the result yet. And thus it's quite difficult to predict your rank form your expected score. 45 marks are considered a bit average as GATE score in electrical branch.

If you look at the previous year ranks than it can be said that your marks won't get you remarkable rank, but that's just a prediction I can be wrong also as rank solely depends on the difficulty level of paper and maximum marks acquired by the candidates.
