Hi ! You will get nothing to be honest. It is so because you have just scored near about 43 marks only. It is not enough to get into the any of IIT's in biotechnology department. If your luck is too good and vacancy assists you then you can have lower IIT's and nits. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
