Since youe category is general, with this GATE score getting a top NITs is very difficult, however, you can get low ranking NIT or a lower branch in top NIT.

For structural engineering 500+ score is needed. Next to structural engineering are branches like transportation, environment, construction planning. You may get these branches in some NITs.
