Availability of branches depends on various factors like your home state and category.
Now I am suggesting some general branches.
With a rank around 14k you have a lot of options in home state i. e. you can get Electrical Engineering in your home state.
And in other states too, you can get core branches like Electrical, Mechanical, Civil engineering in many of the good NITs.
But for this you would have to wait up to seventh round to get the best one.
