You can calculate the predicted rank using the below formula but you cannot calculate the score using the percentile.

((100-percentile)*875000)/100

This formula will give you the All India Rank.

Your percentile score is released relative to the performance of all the candidates attempting the exam. It's quite difficult to predict your raw score from the percentile. However, you could predict your rank using this formula:

JEE Main 2019 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100

The approximate rank for percentile 83 will be around 150000(+-). Note that this is just an estimation and it can change after JEE Main is again conducted in April depending upon number of students appearing for it.

We cannot calculate the marks with the percentile. The only way to know our score is to compare our answer sheet with the key.
