Congratulation to you for obtaining such a good percentile.Your common rank list would be almost 26000-30000.
You may get a seat in your state nits for mechanical or civil engineering.

Hello aspirant ....
According to your percentile your general rank would be around 28000.It is based on the prediction not the official one.The official result will be announced by NTA after April mains exam.As you didn't mention your category ,I treat you as a general.You may get admission in Nit jamshedpur, Raipur,some branches in Rourkela,Goa, Srinagar etc.You may get admission in all Northeast Nits.If you want to join top nits like Wrangal, Trichy, Allahabad,Bhopal, Durgapur in good branch then score more percentile in April mains.
