Hi, if you do not wish to sit for first allotment round there is nothing you can change about if the date has already passed. Either try going to a cyber place to check if it really isn't a network issue at your place. If it gets edited well and good if not what you can do is like as it is recommended to sit for the first allotment round and not take the seat you were offered as in the second round it is very likely to change.
