AFMC usually have really high cut off and for you to clear that cut off is not possible.

Now as far as state quota of Kerala is concerned, there also your chances of getting a seat in government medical colleges with this marks might not be possible because your marks are good but this year cut offs has increased greatly and general category students have the highest cut off.
