Nevertheless, Based on your tag if you are asking about Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College, Tirupati then 21330 rank is very less for OC boy to get a seat in ECE based on 2018 cutoff. 2018 cutoff for ECE for OC boys is 7731. But don't worry you could get ECE in some other better colleges for your rank try for them.
