The Aditya Degree College, Visakhapatnam does not mention eligibilty criteria on its official website as such. So, it is tough to give accurate information.

However, in general, the eligibility criteria for admission in Bachelors in Computer Applications is minimum 50 percent marks in 10+2 board examinations (or equivalent diploma/degree). Mathematics should be one of the subjects in your 10+2.

Sorry, you cannot apply for B.C.A. as you have not studied mathematics in your class 12th. Please look for other courses for which you are eligible and apply for them.
