Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You haven't mentioned your Category. In 2019, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 134-701

OBC/SC/ST: 107-133

This year there might be a fluctuation of cut offs. So if you belong to General Category/EWS, with this score, it is difficult to qualify but if you belong to OBC.SC.ST, the chances are border line.
