Yes you have to go for counselling process. You nay got the college in ECE branch

you always have a choice of north east nits and also other govt. colleges offering admission based on jee mains rank

go through all those and then chose your choice wisely

Yes you can get this branch on basis of your OBC rank. But don't forget to get your updated obc certificate.

Sir I have made my domicile and caste certificate in 2017 should also it will be also applicable for 2018

Your caste certificate should be made after 1st April 2018
