1) NIT Srinagar:- Chemical
2) NIT Durgapur:- Biotech
3) NIT Agartala:- 5 year MSc Chemistry
4) IIIT Kottayam:-CSE
5) IIIT Dharwad:-CSE

Yeah , based upon your fetched percentile in the JEE mains entrance exam you have the bright chances for you to take the admission in the Government Institutions as well including NITs / IIIT & other CFTIs as well. Since you already cleared the cuttoff for appearing in the JEE Advanced , so you might have to focus on the JEE Advanced preparation as well such that you can score the good marks in it.
