Minimum degree of disability is accepted in NEET exam that is 40% or more to PWD quota. Candidates must hold a certificate of Disability. Degree of disability will be assessed by proper guidelines of the government. Candidate must hold a certificate of disability. Certificate of disability must be made from the 12 designated centre by NTA.

As your disability is within 30% then there is no scope for evil in the PWD Kota for MBBS seat in government colleges.
