Sir my rank is 11267 in 3 years law ,am female SC category . I forgot web options in the first phase , is there any chance of 2nd phase?

In the counselling of TS LAWCET, The candidates get an opportunity to choose their preferred college and course by exercising their web options. It was compulsory as the web option will not be available again in the second phase counselling. You can check the further information with the given below link.

I got seat in first counciling .But now IAM not interested ..so if I won't get phase in second counciling .will the first counciling will be r not?
