Hello Avhinav,
As you have got a very good rank.With this rank you can apply for any college which you want and you can get good college as per your rank. You can a good state level government college,any NIT college or any IIT college if you want. so you should apply for IIT and IIT also because there are many chances to get that college also and you can apply for all the branches in which you are interested.
