Minimum age limit for NEET is 17 years on date of admission or by 31st December of that Year.Since your son was born on 13th April 2004, he will be 17 years by next year by time of admission. So, he will be eligible for NEET 2021 if he qualifies his class 12th exam with PCB as core subjects and at least 50% in each subjects.

Yes,he'll be eligible for NEET 2021, as he'll attain 17 years age by April of next year, he also need to fulfill other criteria such as passed/appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects,having Biology as additional too count. PCM aggregate should be 50% in case of UR, for PWD it's 45% and SC,ST,OBC it's 40%.
