MHRD announced that the Neet 2021 syllabus will be reduced as this session i.e. 2020 - 21 has not yet started. And so it would be difficult to complete the syllabus. To complement this, CBSE has reduced the syllabus by 30% from class 9 to 12. For now you can check that syllabus as it seems that the syllabus released by CBSE will be retained for neet 2021 as well.
