NEET results have not been announced yet. They might be released at the official websites ntaneet.nic.in or http://nta.nic.in . Once the page is activated, go to this website and search "Download Result". Enter your Registration number and the results will appear on the screen. Download it and take couple of copies as print out. You will need them for future reference.
