Sir, please kindly let us know basic difference between Round 1 and Round 2 medical councelling in AIQ and State.

Generally in counselling, for choice filling we put the top ranked colleges in top followed by average or low ranked colleges. First round of counselling means first iteration if based on your rank you'll be allotted to a college. If your rank doesn't match with that, you'll not get any seat in first round. Second round of counselling happens to fill the vacant seats which have been remained vanact after round 1 of counselling. If after round 1, you go for upgradation, in round 2 you can again get the same college if any seats of above colleges (the colleges which are above your allotted college) are not left vacant. This is the only difference. Other than this, there is nothing to differential them. These are just the process of allocating a college to a student based on his/her rank.
