The list of important questions might help you get a few extra marks in your 12th board, but following such things will not get your performance during the entrances any better. The best thing is, you should go through all the questions and solve all the questions. Clear all your doubts. That is what going to help you grow. Knowing a few important questions, and preparing accordingly is not a productive way.
