Can you please specify which exam you are talking about?

So that it would be easier for me to answer your query.

If you consider JEE MAINS Paper 1 is for getting admission in IITs,IIITs,NITs,other private or govt. colleges,etc. and Paper 2 is for getting admission in B.Arch. and B.Plan. degrees.
