You can try but you have very less chances since the expected cutoff for MBBS colleges in Tamil Nadu for 2019 is 419 in your category and the expected MBBS cutoff for Andhra Pradesh for 2019 is 421 for the SC Category. 

You can try for Dental collges through the state counselling. You will also have chances in many good private colleges. All the best!
