I unerstand your concern but there is no official date on the site as to when the APICET counselling will begin. It was expected to start in the first week of august but it has not start yet.
AP ICET (computer-based) exam was conducted on April 26, 2019, in two sessions. Counselling will be held for candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam on the basis of their merit ranks.
