hey there

State PCS and CA are completely different things. State PCS syllabus and Aim is different from CA. CA is charted accountant and state PCS is an exam which is conducted to fill various bureaucratic posts of a state and is conducted for every state. CA on the other hand is not organised by state rather by ICAI and has different stages and is one of the toughest course to clear. You should prepare for the one you are interested in like PCS has nothing to do with accounting, taxation like CA and CA has nothing to do with bureaucracy so choose as per interest.

Good luck
