Hi, there have been reports of technical issues regarding AIIMS final registratiomn process. While AIIMS hasnt released any official resolution for this, students who faced the same issue cleared their cache, browsing history, restarted their system and relogged in. It worked for few immediately while it is slowly working for the rest. If the payment has been debited from the account, you will eventually be able to complete the registration process. You may give it a try.

It might possible that you have refresh the payment processing page or press the back option. I suggest you to go to AIIMS site login again and then click on help. Type your query and you will get token number. It is fastest way in which your problem will be resolved.
