Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that according to the rules of you want seat upgradation then while downloading the allotment letter itself you should opt for the upgradation as there is a option for it. Otherwise you will not be able to do so later. Once you are allotted a seat and you have accepted the allotment letter you are not eligible for upgradation .
