Hello,

If you want to take lateral entry then you can consider Dr.Ambedkar institute of technology for handicapped which is a public college.

It will be difficult as your rank is bit high and the closing rank for government colleges are below 1k.

you can go for JSS Academy or PITS they are good but a private institute.
