Hey Purva !
The Merit List released by the AIIMS only has those roll numbers which are eligible to appear for the Round 1 of Counselling.
You can get your result from your respective profile in AIIMS website but that won't mean that you are eligible for Round 1 counselling.
However, if in subsequent rounds of counselling if all the seats in the colleges aren't filled up, then AIIMS would release a second merit list who may apply for the counselling process to get a seat. If your name appears in there, you can surely go for it, otherwise no.
