Hello vinay,
I think you want to join b.tech campus after 12th.
Firstly you have to appear in any entrance exam for get admision in top engineering college.
You have to do preparation for JEE MAINS. You have to score good marks in jee mains.
After that you can choose govt college if your rank is good.
