Dear Sanjay, cut off changes from year to year. It is dependant on the factors like no. of seats available, no. of candidates appearing for the exam, difficulty of the exam and top NEET score. For a candidate of ST category to qualify in NEET, he/she should have scored 40% of the top NEET score. For example, if the top NEET scorer scored 400, ST category candidate should have  scored atleast 100. Now not every qualified candidate can get a medical admission. In 2018, Chamarajnagar Institute of Medical sciences had a candidate of ST category who scored 337 under State Eligibility quota. Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences had a student with a score of 402.
