See here you need to understand that both the branches which here you are asking for are almost same. Only the major difference is in CSE you have to learn from both the side i.e hardware as well software too but in the case of IT you only have to read via software only , coming to the point of taking the branch so here you need to make the decision by yourself only because career in both the branches are almost same only but yaah while taking the college if you are getting either CSE / IT then definitely you should you can choose any one among them.
