Students must hav echosen science stream with PCM as mandatory subjects from recognised University and must have atleast 50%aggregate marks in 12th and must be unmarried candidate both male and female acceptes.

Students then who are qualified have to appear for entrance test, screening test and main written exam for Merchant Navy.

After clearing above test, Medical test and interview is conducted and ship training course is given to finally join as Merchant Navy.
