If you have taken option for upgradation and have been upgraded in the second round of  counselling after seat allotment in first round of counselling then I want to let you know that you won't be able to get back the seat which was allotted to you in first round of counselling. 

Once you took option for upgradation and your choice got allotted in the college counselling process then you cannot refer back to the seat allotted to you in previous round. 

Although you have not mentioned any specific entrance exam you are taking about but this is rule of all the counselling process in every exam.
