Dear Gayathri, if by 3rd round, you meant by Mop Up round, it will commence tentatively in the month of August. All the unfilled, vacant seats from All India Counselling have to be transferred back to KNRUHS by the DGHS and then the State Counselling authorities will have to start the mop up round. As of now, no definite date has been given yet. Keep an eye on the official website for the updated information.
