Hi aspirant

All of three are equally important but when it comes to latest technology Data Science and cyber security are emerging.You have a good scope in both of them.

Data science would be much more oriented to algorithms ,machine learning while Cyber security would require more practical approach.

If you have interest in developer jobs like Web developer,IOS developer,Android developer then you can do Plain B.Tech CSE .

Other wise if you have interest in hacking , digital security,network security then you can do B.Tech in cyber security.

If you are intrested in Artificial intelligence or machine learning kind of things then you can do B.Tech in Data Science.
