According to my opinion you should choose Electrical rather than Mechanical engineering in IIT GOA.Because Electrical engineering has better scope than Mechanical engineering.You can get both Government jobs and private jobs in Electrical engineering.And in colleges electrical engineering has good placement than mechanical engineering.But in Mechanical engineering mostly you will get government jobs.
