There is no branch which is considered best.

However, considering the current market scenario, IT is a safer bet as there are more career oppurtunities than EEE. ECE has similar oppurtunities and many companies allow ECE students to sit for jobs which are for IT. EE on the other hand is core and is much more beneficial if you want to pursue M.Tech.

I would suggest you to ask yourself what interests you the most and go through the curriculum of each branch and choose what interest you the most!
