You uploaded images in the prescribed sizes according to National Testing Agency (NTA) then don't worry. If they are uploaded successfully during registration process it means your images have no anomaly.
Sometimes it shows discrepancy due to the late verification of your application form by admins.

Beside this there is vey less time remaining in the NEET exam so to gave a polishing to your preparations by solving more and more mock tests and previous year sample papers. Go through the following link to find sample papers related to NEET;
